Much needed appliances donated on Mandela Day

The EasyPay Everywhere company made Mandela Day exceptional for Tokoloho Disabled Care Centre in U-Section, Botshabelo on 18 July with the donation of a brand new refrigerator fridge and a microwave for the centre.

Parents, learners and community members gathered in large numbers to witness this act of kindness and support. In addition to the appliances, those in attendance received sport bottles, lunch boxes, water buckets and gift vouchers, among other items.

Mary Mbeo, the Centre Manager and founder of Tokoloho Disabled Care Centre, expressed her gratitude for the donations made by EasyPay Everywhere. She said the fridge and microwave were their two most needed appliances and they struggled without them. She highlighted how EasyPay Everywhere came to their rescue and listened to their needs when they reached out for help.

"I spoke to EasyPay Everywhere manager Brenda, and she understood our needs, leading to the donation of a brand-new fridge and microwave. I am incredibly happy and thankful for this gesture," Mbeo stated. Brenda Malefetse, EasyPay Everywhere's Northern Free State Area Manager, mentioned that the company consistently helps those in need. To celebrate Mandela Day, they chose to assist the Disabled Centre due to its specific needs.

"EasyPay Everywhere is committed to giving back to communities throughout the country," Malefetse said.
